Registration
Registration are now closed
The School is designed for young students starting a PhD or researchers working or interested by the field. Interested students and researchers should send a short Letter (or mail) of Motivation to micromast.school2016@ulb.ac.be before March 15th. After email confirmation by the organizers, the applicants will be invited to pay the registration fee before April 15th.

The registration fee includes participation to all lectures, a copy of all slides, coffee breaks, lunches, gala dinner and a Belgian beer session. Registration does not include lodging, which must be booked by participants themselves (see Travel and Accomodation).
For cancellations received by April 15th, the participation fee will be reimbursed less a processing charge of 50 €. After this date, no reimbursements can be made. However, it is still possible to nominate a replacement.
Travel and accommodation
The School will take place at the Brussels School of Engineering of the Université Libre de Bruxelles, Solbosch campus, building U, door B, level 4, auditorium UB4.136. A map of the Solbosch campus together with access information can be found here. Participants willing to park their own car in the Solbosch parking should ask autorisation and send car details (model, driver/institution, immatriculation, arrival/departure dates) to micromast.school2016@ulb.ac.be before April 30th.
For the evening dinners, a lot of restaurants may be found around the Solbosch campus, or in Brussels center.
